These yummy fish tacos are the perfect meal for a warm summer night!

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Create a fish marinade by combining the olive oil, chili powder, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Place the fish on a dish and pour marinade over it, coating the fish on both sides. Allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  3. While the fish is marinating, mix the yogurt (or sour cream) with a pinch of cilantro and salt and pepper to taste, to create a creamy taco sauce.
  4. Heat a nonstick pan over medium-high heat, and cook the fish for 4 minutes undisturbed, then turn over, and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove fish from pan, and place on plate to rest.
  5. Heat the tortillas in a microwave, by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 45 seconds.
  6. Place 1 fish filet in the center of each tortilla, top with onions, cilantro, and cabbage. Garnish with lime wedges, radishes and salsa, and serve with Corazonas tortilla chips.
