This simple and delicious veggie side dish adds color and nutrition to any meal!

  1. Preheat oven to 425°. Set a large baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes to pre heat.
  2. Combine green beans and olive oil in large bowl. Toss well, lightly coating all beans. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, and toss once more.
  3. Place green beans on baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until crispy but still tender.
  5. Top with crushed Corazonas chips of your choice for added crunch and flavor. Enjoy!
