This simple and delicious veggie side dish adds color and nutrition to any meal!
Ingredients
- 2 pounds green beans trimmed
- 4 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Corazonas Tortilla Chips crushed for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Set a large baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes to pre heat.
- Combine green beans and olive oil in large bowl. Toss well, lightly coating all beans. Sprinkle with sea salt and fresh ground pepper, and toss once more.
- Place green beans on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake at 425° for 8 minutes or until crispy but still tender.
- Top with crushed Corazonas chips of your choice for added crunch and flavor. Enjoy!
